Albino Caporale is the President and CEO of the Exchange Authority. With over a decade of experience in the 1031 exchange industry, Albino Caporale has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and industry leader, dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of tax-deferred exchanges.

A licensed attorney in the state of Connecticut, Albino Caporale holds the prestigious Certified Exchange Specialist (CES) designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA), a designation awarded to professionals who have demonstrated significant expertise and experience in the 1031 exchange process. Albino is currently serving as the President of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators and has served on its Board of Directors since 2020. In this leadership role, he continues to advocate for best practices, regulatory compliance, and the growth of the 1031 exchange industry nationwide.

Albino Caporale earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and went on to earn a Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law, with a concentration in tax law.

Jennifer Leger is an Exchange Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. As part of the Exchange Authority team Jenn brings a combination of operational and management experience that delivers an exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of 1031 exchange clients.

Jenn has held a number of roles which included banking support for 1031 exchanges which gave her the background knowledge to transition to Exchange Authority as VP, Exchange Specialist in 2021. Jenn has been recognized for her innovative and client focused work within the organization and has been a recipient of Worcester Business Journal’s prestigious 40 under 40 designation.

Ruby Vargas is an Exchange Specialist with over 20 years experience in the banking industry and related fields. As part of the Exchange Authority team Ruby provides a combination of skilled and practical solutions along with a passion for providing superior customer service to her internal and external clients.

In the past 20 years, Ruby has fulfilled several banking roles from Life Insurance and Investments producer, Home Lending Specialist, Area Manager to her current position of V.P. Exchange Specialist. Ruby Vargas is a current Board of Director for The Spanish American Center in Leominster and a Board of Director of World Farmers, Inc in Lancaster MA.
